Project Description

Principefoods.com is an informational website built with WordPress, using Elementor page builder

I managed the rebuild of the legacy Principe website which involved the production of hi-fi designs and prototyping with Figma, legacy domain migration, integration of Google Cloud services, and hosting configuration of AWS Lightsail/Bitnami

I served as the point of contact for the client, managed a contracted graphic designer, managed in-house SEO team, coordinated with client IT team, managed onshore/offshore developers, and performed a significant portion of the development including most of the “heavy-lifting” tasks.

Notable features I developed include the following:

• Develop custom animated slider for homepage
• Integrate Google Cloud for product finder widget
• Develop custom timeline widget using visual builder
• Develop custom search and filter system for recipes
• Develop “email to a friend” functionality for recipes
• Modify open-source page print functionality for recipes to work with Elementor
• Internationalize site using GTranslate
